Alison Wright was born in London in the United Kingdom. She received Emmy awards in 2017 because of her performance as Martha Hanson, the star of FX's period spy series The Americans. She has also acted in the Ryan Murphy limited series Feud: Bette & Joan and Hollywood. Wright was born in Sunderland on July 12, 1976. Her upbringing was influenced by her adoptive family.
